aisen studio – You can exchange or request a refund (conditions apply).
aisen ethnics – You can exchange items, but refunds are not available.
Domestic Orders (India)
- Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with invoice.
International Orders
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyer pays return shipping and customs fees.
- Refunds are only after we inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
Refund & Exchange Process

2. Wait for approval and instructions.
3. Send the item back; we must receive and check it first.
4. After verification, refunds (minus shipping/customs charges) or exchanges will be processed within 1–2 business days.
