Domestic Orders (India)
- Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with invoice.
- COD convenience fees are non-refundable, including when an order is returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
International Orders
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyer pays return shipping and customs fees.
- Refunds are only after we inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items.
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Items damaged due to misuse.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.
- For customers in Kerala, 1-day express delivery is available for ₹350.
International Orders
- Delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Buyer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free delivery across India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on eligible orders for a ₹99 convenience fee. This fee is non-refundable, including in cases of returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

- Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
