Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.
Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If this payment method is available, a convenience fee of ₹40 is charged by our delivery partners and reflected in the final amount payable at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Return policy
aisen studio – You can exchange or request a refund (conditions apply).
aisen ethnics – You can exchange items, but refunds are not available.
Domestic Orders (India)
- Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with invoice.
International Orders
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyer pays return shipping and customs fees.
- Refunds are only after we inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items.
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
